References on this site to Aviva mean references to Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited (UKLAP) who provide this service.

Definitions:

'Content' means certain material and information available on the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site and made available to you.

'Aviva Automatic Enrolment site' means a programmable selection tool available through the website located at www.avivaae.co.uk

'Services Agreement' means the technology and communication services for Automatic Enrolment Employer Agreement or the Agreement for the provision of Automatic Enrolment Administration Services.

Aviva has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site. Where we rely on third parties providing Content on the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site we do not give any representations or warranties, expressed on implied, as to the accuracy of the Content provided by those third parties.

Aviva will endeavour to make the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site available for access in accordance with the Services Agreement. We will give you 30 days notice if we make a change to the Content or Services, unless the change is to your advantage or of no disadvantage to you. If the change is to your advantage or of no disadvantage, we can make the change immediately without notice.

Where we have included links to third party websites we are not making any statement, warranty or representation as to the quality or contents of the other site as we do not have responsibility for that other website. Please note that when accessing another site by way of a hypertext link you may leave the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site.

To access the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site you will have been given a user name and password and be required to set up and answer security questions. You are responsible for ensuring that your user name, password and security questions are kept secret and not divulged to any third party.   1. by giving you six month's prior written notice at any time; or

On termination of your right to use the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site, your right to access the Content and Services, if relevant, will cease.

Aviva reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions of use from time to time by posting an amended version on the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site.

If any provision or part of a provision, of these Terms and conditions of use is found by the Courts to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

These Terms and conditions of use and the use by you of the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute or difference which may arise out of, or in connection with your use of the Aviva Automatic Enrolment site and the Services provided.

UKLAP does not seek to exclude or limit any liability they may have under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or the rules of their Regulators which we are bound to comply with.
